PICKUP, DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

Customer Pick-up 

  • Please notify the store 48 hours in advance of any merchandise pick-up.
  • Pick-ups can be made Monday through Friday between 10:00 AM and 5:00PM.
  • The day of merchandise pick up: please call the store ahead to make sure that your furniture has arrived at its destination on time. There are many obstacles that can delay arrival of our delivery vehicles, such as road construction, detours, traffic congestion and inclement weather. We don't want you to make an unnecessary trip.
  • Upon arriving at the store for pick-up, please bring your reciept to the business office. For your own protection, you may be asked for photo identification upon pick up.
  • We will then direct you to the pick up area where our warehouse crew will be happy to assist you in loading your vehicle.
  • Check your order carefully before leaving the store. We are not responsible for loss or damage after it leaves our door.
  • Please keep in mind that you are responsible for properly securing the merchandise in your vehicle for its journey home. We will ask you to sign the pick-up document stating that your purchase is in the brand new condition that you expect.

Our Professional Delivery 

  • Your new furniture will get tender loving care by our experts, including careful inspection, assembly, loading onto the trucks, blanket wrapped and secured with ties for its trip to your home.
  • Upon arrival, it will be placed in the exact spot that you have ready for it.
  • We highly recommend this service. The delivery services are FREE. There is only a small trip charge according to your location. The low cost is the same for one piece or an entire truckload.

Here’s what to expect:

  • When your order has arrived we will call to arrange a delivery date and confirm the merchandise on your order. Please be sure to let us know prior to delivery if you have any special circumstances or instructions. Some examples might include, the need to move or haul the furniture you are replacing, or telling us which door to use.
  • Deliveries are done by a different day for each area. This lowers costs and pollution. If you are unable to keep your appointment please notify us within 48 hours.
  • Advance arrangements must be made if you want us to remove or move the furniture you are replacing. A fee may be incurred for additional services.
  • Two days before delivery, the trucks are carefully loaded, after determining the most efficient route and loading the truck to accommodate that route.
  • Clear the area where your new furniture will be placed before the delivery crew arrives.
  • On the day of the delivery we will call with a 3-hour time frame for your new furniture to arrive home.
  • A responsible person, 18 years or older, must be home to accept delivery.
  • Merchandise must be paid in full before it is removed from the truck.
  • There must be a clear, firm path from the street to the entrance or the delivery may not be able to be completed. This includes the removal of snow, ice, debris or other obstacles.
  • Our crews are not permitted to perform any carpentry work, lift or hoist over banisters or other obstructions or deliver merchandise through windows.
  • Many pieces require minor assembly after they are brought into your home and our delivery crews will do this as part of our service.
  • Our delivery professionals must call our office for confirmations, updates or so you may speak directly with a manager to ensure that you are happy with the results of your delivery.
  • We are not permitted to haul markedly soiled or unsanitary pieces.
