If, within 15 days of your purchase, you find a lower price at our store or another full-service retailer in our trading area on the identical merchandise under the same terms of sale and the price can be verified with a receipt or printed advertisement, we will graciously refund the difference. You will also receive a $25 credit towards a future sale.

Furniture World Carpet One’s exclusive warranty includes One Year totally FREE service if manufacturing defects are found**. Please call us immediately, if you suspect a problem.

*Furniture must be in its original condition and is subject to inspection.
Exceptions: No returns on special orders, mattresses, box springs, merchandise sold as clearance or "As Is".
**Service Warranty Exceptions include:
- Merchandise that has been misused (such as in a soiled condition), abused, neglected, subject to accidents, fire or other natural disasters.
- Wearability or colorfastness of fabrics.
- Clearance, closeout and merchandise marked "As Is".
- Cut yardage (fabric or flooring), pillows, Mattress, Box Springs, Mattress pads and paid part orders are not refundable. No exceptions please.
- Merchandise reduced in price and sold as Clearance is sold.
Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds
- Exchange or return of stock merchandise due to a manufacturing defect must be authorized by the factory, which means that it must be inspected by an in-home technician to be sure that items are returned in their original condition.
- Delivery charges and Ultra Shield Treatments are not refundable.
- Refund checks will be issued within 14 days. Refunds on Bankcards will be credited to the one used as payment.
