FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you have questions? We can help. Check out our Frequently Asked Questions.
What if we need to have some things moved in order to fit the new furniture?
- Unlike most stores, we WILL move out the furniture you are replacing and even haul it away.
- BUT, WE MUST KNOW IN ADVANCE IN ORDER TO PLAN THE TIMES FOR DELIVERY AND THE SPACE ON THE TRUCK.
WHAT IF WE HAVEN’T FINISHED PAYING?
- Paying in full before delivery is highly desirable. If you cannot do this, then your furniture can be delivered C.O.D.
- Before items are removed from the truck, give the balance to the driver. Credit cards and checks must first be called into the office.
How do I get ready for Delivery?
- It's a good idea to measure to see if the new furniture will fit. There are often answers to tight fits like split box springs, furniture with removable backs, and unassembled parts.
- Be sure there is a clear, solid path to your entrance. Remove any snow, ice or other obstacles.
- Remove any breakable items in the delivery path such as wall art, lamps and accessories.
- Have the spot where you want your new furniture empty and accessible.
- Pets and children should also be kept at a safe distance.
My furniture's fabric is pilling. What can I do about it?
- Here's the good news: pilling isn't a fabric defect. It is simply the fabric's tendency to release excess fibers that become trapped in the weave. You can maintain pilling easily using a fabric shaver, which you can find at most discount stores. Using a fabric shaver on a regular basis will control pilling until the fabric stops shedding.
