The first way to make your decorating easier is to bring in items from home that you want to coordinate with new furniture or flooring. These could be pillows, fabric swatches, small drawers for wood tones, paint samples, even the bolt cover on a toilet.

Next, enjoy exploring our showroom to your heart's content and spend some quality time with one of our decor consultants. Narrowing down from a wonderful selection has never been easier.

Special Order Definition

A special order is:

• An item not displayed in our showroom
• An item not stocked in our warehouse
• An item displayed in our store, but ordered in a different color, size, or finish

A special order cannot be cancelled. Please take accurate measurements before ordering. If your special order does not fit in your room or entryway it cannot be returned since our manufacturers will not allow returns. Do not special order if you feel this may be a problem.

Please allow 6-12 weeks for the arrival of your special order. Delays in the manufacturing and delivery process may occur. Special order purchases not available in our warehouse within 120 days from your purchase date however, may be cancelled without a restocking fee and we will refund your money or allow a reselection.

Dye lots on fabric samples may differ in shade from those actually delivered by the manufacturer. We are not responsible for any dye lot differences.

Our buyers will audit the sales contract for pricing accuracy. If adjustments are needed you will be contacted for approval before your order is placed with the manufacturer.

Delivery

We do NOT currently deliver outside of our local area. If you are from a different part of the country or the world, we are sorry, but we can NOT assist you at this time and will NOT provide out of area price quotes. We recommend contacting a furniture retailer in your local area. If you call or send an e-mail question, please be sure to specify your ship to address and zip code.

Repair

"Better than New" is a typical response after our professional repair experts do their magic. When warranty periods expire, you can still count on us to service your furniture at an exceptionally low fee. Even if the furniture was purchased elsewhere, we will help you as much as possible.

Our expert service people are skilled technicians at furniture repair. They will come right to your home at no charge if your furniture needs to be repaired within the warranty period. For larger jobs that may take some time, we will pick up your furniture for repair at our own workshop and return it to you as good as new.
