• If the issue cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, we will take back your furniture and refund your money*. (Delivery, pick up, items include Free with the purchase, and fabric treatment fees are excluded from refund.)
• Refund checks will be issued within 14 days. Bankcards will be credited to the one you used.

Simply bring in any current ad or invoice where the identical product is offered to the general public under the same terms as Furniture World Carpet One and we will beat*the price in cash or finance charges.

Important Points

1. Products must be identical.
2. "Offered to the general public" means anyone can purchase the item for that price.
3. "Under the same terms" means if we are one year same as cash and our competition isn't, we are saving you $120 - $140 per $1000 financed.
4. Upon verifying our competitors price and equalizing terms Furniture World Carpet One guarantees you a minimum savings as shown on the above chart.

Thereafter, for the life of your furniture, our excellent service technicians are here to serve you at prices just enough to cover the costs, never more!

*Return Exceptions:

Furniture not in original condition.

• Furniture not in original condition.
• Special orders, mattresses, box springs, merchandise sold as clearance or "As Is".
• Exchange or return of stock merchandise due to a manufacturing defect must be authorized by the factory, which means that it must first be inspected by an in-home technician

**Service Warranty Exceptions:

• Merchandise that has been misused (such as in a soiled condition), abused, neglected, subject to accidents, fire or other natural disasters.
• Wearability or colorfastness of fabrics.
• Clearance, closeout and merchandise marked "As Is".
• Cut yardage (fabric or flooring), pillows, Mattress, Box Springs, Mattress pads and paid part orders are not refundable. No exceptions please.

Due to our cost-effective loading and routing of deliveries, we are unable to fulfill requests for specific times for deliveries. A special time may be arranged in advance for an additional fee. We will remove the old pieces of furniture that you are replacing for free. Any extra pieces have the following low fees: $25/piece and $50/ Large piece such as a China or Sectional or anything that has to be taken apart.

Insurance liabilities prohibit us from

• delivering your “old” furniture to another address
• Moving any electronic equipment or appliances
